Every version of this estate ships as a dated archive. 367 of them are still on the shelf — v100 through v482 — and this page was made by opening all of them and comparing the checksum of every file inside, pair by pair. It is a record of what actually changed, not a recollection of it.
What it shows: where the work went, build by build; the 57 releases that added a top-level directory missing from the archive before them; a one-line description of every build, with more a tap away; and the build numbers that left no archive, named rather than skipped. Where the numbers are awkward — long runs where almost nothing moved — they are printed as they came out.
The shape
The whole record, in four figures.
The bars below are one per build: how many of the property’s OWN source files changed. The pale part of each bar is the estate’s shared chrome — one edit to a stylesheet every property carries a copy of, which has landed as up to 114 changed files in a single build. They are drawn apart so that the 14 builds that swept thirty or more copies do not tower over every week of real work.

Grouped by what was being built rather than by month. The line of figures under each heading is counted from the record as the page loads. The sentences are written from the descriptions in the list below, which say what each archive shows and, where a ship script or a note says so, what the work was for.

Properties brought into the house
Sites that had lived elsewhere are rebuilt as house properties with directories of their own: hanta, sneaker and liquid, 007, card and yum, and the method itself as shipwright. Between them the chat embed takes a run of single-file builds, and the portfolio and News Hub point their concert links at /concerts/.

Chat, chess and the Mind Sphere
Numbered releases of chat and chess ship inside the estate: the chat embed swap, the pay card, the signed-in name; the chess replay bar, the end-game fixes and a spectator view. The build number moves into version.js, the card desk learns to update itself, yum is audited and its fabricated entries removed, and mindsphere arrives.

Consoles and share plates
mediawall is built over the site’s own imagery and its console moves out of the site root; the Multipics console moves into multi and is rebuilt out of the house components. The PHP consoles learn the edition from a cookie and sign you in on the spot. The run ends with share images drawn by a single generator for the homepage and the pages behind it.

Joke, Padel, Songbuilder and Nexus
joke becomes a property and its engine grows build by build; padel, songbuilder and nexus arrive on the same day, then bench and guitars. The Songbuilder transport, patterns and sound are reworked again and again, and stocks gains a live ticker tape.

City guides and the Songbuilder studio
Guides for New York, Miami, Milwaukee and Los Angeles arrive together as nyc, miami, mke and la, with a restaurant register, and their photographs move out of the site archive. News Hub is rebuilt and the Newsy console replaced. Much of the rest is songbuilder: lyrics, voice presets, a taste engine, a patch cabinet, DJ mode and record keys.

A round of desks
transit opens the round; then desks arrive by the handful, from weather and radio to flights and backgammon; rivers and conditions follow, and books closes it. The image bank leaves the site archive along the way.

The register learns to describe itself
Desks from tides to treasury, then in-house, the roster of the estate, with jewelry, omnifile and watermark; legal and rates follow. The front-page console appears at strips-admin.php, the Logo Lab is rebuilt in dina, and a shared mkdarklib takes over the work of every edition generator.

Composer and Laband
composer and laband arrive together and are worked on in much of what follows: placards, recordings, a track generator widened to more moods and a drum and bass kit, restyled controls, and shared links that unfurl as their own card. Around them, chat closes holes found in a security audit and the RINSE overpay check arrives in stocks.

The rooms
aetheria, the clinical desk later renamed Rx.Luxury, arrives; then a single build adds the room directories, from brands and cities to sound and words. earth replaces the World room the build after, room rows are written into every drawer, and labs becomes a room of its own.

Live desks
traffic, commercial and health arrive. Traffic gains a city basemap and then an Equal Earth world map; clockwork takes a run of builds on its main script; and aetheria adds a CMS relay, a generated dark edition, a ZIP lookup, a narrow view and saving.

RINSE, Ask and the Lab Assistant
RINSE in stocks gains volatility and fundamentals passes behind an SEC relay, then a FINRA relay and a second scoring pass, and later a universe of names and a roulette. Search gains Ask, a meaning-based index of every page; micro.css goes out beside every site stylesheet; the Lab Assistant arrives in the navbar; and traffic adds a relay for live road speeds.

Clockwork and the moon
clockwork gains a bench of stopwatches and countdowns, then the moon: its true phase computed from Meeus, shading from real photometry, a stipple plate, and then the LRO photograph. The DMT notification card is lifted into shared dmt-toast files.

This record, the moon and VIZZI
The changelog directory that holds this page appears beside moon. vizzi arrives soon after and is worked on in every build that follows it here: its transport, mode files, save slots and deep.js. A font shorthand fix goes out across the estate and the moon’s maths moves into shared moon-core.js.

VIZZI, TAP and the room tools
vizzi is worked on through much of it, its app and engine growing each time. The same change is copied into the room directories, the portfolio-data.js copies leave Multi and Media Wall, sneaker adds an RSS relay, and tap arrives.

EZ Score, and the homepage
windy moves onto the house editions and tap gets its packet engine; ezscore arrives with a Standings view. Then the homepage: the showcase deals rooms instead of single desks, the figures and expertise bands are reworked, the rooms band moves under the hero, and the game pages settle on a single address each.

ORBIT, Pulse and ATLAS
The rooms band gets drawn door marks. orbit, a satellite tracker, arrives in the Earth room; pulse ships its second version whole; atlas follows with a figure layer. The homepage bands stop repeating the last visit, and the rebuild of liquid begins.

The Press, Liquid and the front-page console
liquid gets a generated dark edition, a freshwater sources map and its print stocks; thepress is installed in the Design room. mkwire.py arrives, a shared chrome sweep reaches stylesheet copies across the estate, and the front-page console is worked on build after build. moon gets an events file, and filings first appears.

New properties, build after build
routing, root, docket, resolver and diff arrive on consecutive builds; the chat room’s nav.css and sync script change; then outposts, undersea and courier. Between them the IndexNow tool is updated.

History, Portal and the placards
courier gains its worked demonstration and liquid adds its sources and ground data. Share placards are generated for a run of desks and share.php is hardened; history, the history of the internet, arrives, then portal, which opens several desks side by side. songbuilder, vizzi and ezscore keep changing.

Room plates, the Practices drawer and Streamers
Every room gets a share plate, and the internet history’s plates turn over to show who built each idea. Practices in the bar becomes a drawer of every desk, grouped by room. streamers arrives and, a few builds later, goes live with a fetching wire and an accounts register.

Rx.Luxury, new desks and the drawers
Aetheria is renamed rxluxury, with the old path redirecting to the new, and the desk is then rebuilt. Search’s federated feeds are corrected and the card desk gains a search; yum is rebuilt around its cities and the assistant’s index ships everywhere; finance, paper, deadline and holidays join the estate. Every property drawer then carries its room, and the room door counts come from the register.

Counting the rooms, and repairs
Room cards learn to count their own desks and room size is derived wherever it is shown; several builds are sweeps of the same stylesheet copies. dentist.lat is registered in the Health room, filesystem paths broken by a cache-token bump are repaired, the analytics tag is fixed on more files, and new tools check the shared chrome, the canonicals and IndexNow. Until v461 a file that changed only in its cache markers still counted as source work, and in some of these builds nearly every counted file is of that kind.

Review fixes, new desks and contact
A review’s fixes ship: the NYC register gets its own page and fonts are served locally. wildfire, asteroids, volcano, airports, bikes and wires arrive, then audits, figures and method. Contact reaches every hamburger, the enquiry form is repaired, and the root tools leave the site archive.

Water, domains and the music desks
liquid gains a world water map. The WHOIS engine moves to domains, followed by the domain tools and the desk’s homepage. The audio engine gets its house footer, omnifile takes direct links to media files, and vizzi plays the music manifests through its queue and, with laband, gains independent pitch and tempo.

All 366, newest first.
One row per release. Work is the property’s own source files that changed; sweep is shared chrome copied estate-wide. C shows each build in one line; D adds two lines of detail. Tap a row, or press Enter on its build number, to open everything the record holds for it. A description marked archive only was written from the archive alone, with no note or ship script behind it. A row with nothing in either column changed no counted source file — and those are printed too, because leaving them out would make the run look busier than it was.
Method
How this was derived, and what it cannot see.
Where the numbers come from
367 shipped archives,
labs100.zip to
labs482.zip, listed with their internal CRC-32
checksums. Each build is compared with the nearest earlier archive on
the shelf, and a file counts as changed when its checksum differs from
the same path there. Nothing was extracted to disk. Two things are read
in memory: the date a build stamped on itself, and both versions of a
changed file, to tell real work from a file that only moved a
?v= cache marker.
Why HTML is not counted
Every build stamps a content hash into the ?v= of
each stylesheet and script reference, so one line changed in one
file rewrites two hundred pages. Counting those would make every
build look identical and enormous. The same goes for
version.js, the sitemaps, the generated site index
and the generated assistant index — and for one property
whose front page rotates by design on every single build.
What it cannot tell you
A checksum knows that a file changed, not whether the change was a rewrite or a comma. A build that changed one file can matter more than one that swept a stylesheet into every property. The bars measure reach, not effort, and the eras above are there because the bars alone would mislead.
The descriptions
Each build has a one-line description and up to two more lines of detail. They say what the archive shows — which files changed, and where — and, where the build’s own ship script, the comments in its files or the notes kept while it was built say what the work was for, they say that too. Where nothing outside the archive stands behind them, the row says archive only. The notes themselves are not published.
The gaps
Before v100
Older archives exist, but nothing inside them states which build they were, so they are left out. The estate did not begin there; this page simply refuses to describe what it cannot check.
